Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Rather than make this a "he said, she said" situation, we have determined that I (consumer) paid for a product that I did not receive It is not up to the business to determine how they would like to resolve it I did not get the item I paid for, therefore I am requesting a full refundThis should be the policy from the beginning I have also opened a credit card dispute, as the business has refused to refund my money even though they clearly admit that they did not deliver what I paid for Regards, [redacted]

Business responded to complaint:The person did order a pizza on the day stated, the consumer wanted a thin crust pizza, but received a regular crust The girlfriend called the first time and spoke to one of his employees and the employee asked him what they should do about it, a typical
response for a wrong order is to make it again, or if they want to keep it they can get a discount on the next orderAt that time they elected to receive a discount on the next order They thought the situation was resolved, but then the boyfriend called back, and this time he took the call He asked what the problem was, not knowing at that time that it was regarding the same order, the customer said right off the bat, "can you help me?" in a rude wayThe consumer explained the same situation which is how he knew that it was the regarding the same orderHe repeated the offers again, to re-make the order or get a discount on the next order At this point the consumer didn't want either optionHe asked the consumer what they wantedThe consumer wanted to keep that pizza and then the next time he ordered he wanted another pizza for freeHe explained to him that that wasn't one of the optionsAt this point the consumer swore it him so the owner hung up the phone

This business response was received by Revdex.com via phone.The owner (Scott C.) said the consumer placed an order for 2 orders of chicken wings, one of the orders was made incorrectly using the wrong flavor, the owner said they offered to correct the one order but the consumer said she wanted both orders...

made over. The owner said they made both orders over but the consumer neglected to pick her wings up. The owner said he is willing to re-do the orders again but doesn't want to waste food again so the consumer needs to call his business to let him know exactly when she plans to pick up her order.
