Review: I was contact by the [redacted] in regards to my car that is in there storage. I am behind on my payments but, prior to the most recent contact from the [redacted] of [redacted] Warehouse there was no phone calls, letters sent etc. He has my correct and current phone number. All I got in the mail was a letter stating that he was going to send it to auction if I did not pay $1,000 to him. I went to [redacted] to speak with the manager and he refused payment of $200.00 every 2 weeks until it was paid off and moved. He told me he wanted the $1,000 dollars and it gone. No payment etc. He also said he was sick of looking at it and I know that there's been vehicles there longer than mine.Desired Settlement: I want to pay the $200.00 every 2 weeks until it is paid off so I can get the car out of their storage and placed in a different one since this car is my wife's car that was given to her by her grandmother who now is deceased.
