Today we just know that there is a complaint about customer service for sales issues.  In fact, we communicated with this customer several times. She sent us two photos for us to take a look. We told her that the two pictures are Okay and she could place an order through our website by...

uploading these two photos.  But she want to give us her Credit Card Information and let us to place an order for her.  We don’t take any customer’s financial information directly in order to protect our customers’ security.  Any payment is done through payment gateway and we have not any customer's financial information, this is safe for customers.  Perhaps this customer didn’t understand our policy and felt angry. This complaint already was posted on Revdex.com.org, we don't know what we should do right now.  Need your help!

Review: Revdex.com, I have communicated with Ellisi Gifts via email for personalized picture frames.I was unable to submit order via their web site however did forward Ellisi the required two pictures that were to be placed on their stone frame via email. When calling via the phone, I was advised "the mailbox is full." He has not returned any further emails regarding such. Wish to place an order but no reply from Ellisi.
