To start out we got hired to do the job for the hillardsAs the job began with end the first week I had to fire a whole crew for not doing a good jobSo me and my other crew went to get the job doneSo at that point the we already had three strikes against usAnd there would of been nothing we could of done to make these people happy but we tryed and tryedAll the complaints the customer made are falseWe fixed all the problems that the other crew messed upThere was two screens that where messed up by the other crew and I took money off the bill as the customer wantedAs for the other screens I walked around the house with [redacted] and showed him that they where old sun damaged and broken before we even startedAs for the nails we walked the yard several time with a big magnet to get all nailsAs for the flower beds we tryed everything we could to not damage themHer house is two story and we need scaffolding and I never seen any damagesAbout the electrical we did hit a wireAnd got it fixed and paid for itThe customer had a electrician there for other work the needed doneI told them I would have my electrician come outBuy they had there guy look at it and wanted me to pay and I said noAnd I stand by thatAt the end of the job the customer never said one thing about anything needing to be fixedEllison enterprise try to make every customer happyAnd we do a good job at it and have alot of references if neededBut when some one wants to slander our name and straight up not tell the truthI am going to stand up for me and my guysYou can't make everybody happy but we have a great reputation and will continue to do our best [redacted]
