3412 for $1150.00 per month on a year's lease with 5 months free water trash and sewer)Mara was not able to make a decision at that time, as she needed time to think and wanted herboyfriend to view. Please understand that the apartment was still on the market to rent at no time wasI holding the unit. Our apartment availability is live online for all prospects to view current availabilityand apartments on notice, Prospects also can apply right online. Her boyfriend did come to view and wedid stay late to accommodate his schedule.
