We have had Ellsworth Home Services since their beginning and are very pleased with their assessment and response to our needs. We feel that this business is trustworthy and we would have no hesitation referring our friends to them. Calling the office is a positive experience and the staff and employees are respectful, courteous and responsive.

Our resolution to this service at the [redacted] resident, we will cancel the 10 year Preventive Maintenance Program (PMA) and refund Mr. [redacted] which is the difference between the work we performed, the PMA cancellation, verse the 10 year PMA. In return we do need to be paid for the service that was completed. Please see the following breakdown of the service we did and the difference between the credit for Maintenance Program and the amount which is due for the service/products we used.

We can send over to Synchrony Bank a credit for $[redacted] that is the difference between the cost of service preformed and the original amount financed.

We had a vent under our park model and casita that had come apart. Ellsworth Home Services came out and reconnected the line but said that we needed a larger vent in the casita and that it needed to come directly from the A/C unit. I scheduled them to come back out and do that work. The employees were very friendly and polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely use them again.

We do not feel this is sufficient, the business will clearly say anything to place the blame on the customer there are two sides to every story, the tech stated that any leak would be sealed not that he was looking...

for a leak. There was never an attempt to reach out to offer the lower amount or waive the cancellation fee and when we spoke to the owner himself he quoted that even with the 1499 PMA credit towards a new unit it would still be $7500, not $6000. Intimidating the customer just because they are not in the business is not right, and that's clearly something this company did from the start.

A meeting has been made at the customers for Thursday the 13th of October at 10:00 am to go over resolution of this matter.

I purchased an AC/Heating system from Ellsworth Home Services over 2 years ago after several service calls and quotes from various companies. They pointed out flaws with the original system hookup and explained how they were going to resolve the air flow mistake that was currently happening. They were professional, timely and thorough when it came to making sure all aspects of the system and my ability to operate the unit were satisfied. They always promptly answered my questions and resolved any issues. The owner personally came to my residence to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
