I apologize for the totally unfortunate series of errors regarding your order. You've been a great customer for many years and this nightmare happened right during one of our busiest times at Holiday. Part of it was...

Pyro being out of stock due to its popularity (a number of popular blogs promoting it), and part was a software glitch not letting us know we were out of stock on DVS etc in time. My apologies that you felt you needed to go to Revdex.com in order to get our attention. That should never happen. So here's what we're going to do about it.

We will ship the majority of your order today as we promised in our last communication. The 2 backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.... at our expense. I've sent a gift certificate to your email address for $150.00. You can spend it at your leisure. I'm doing that just to make up for the aggravation of waiting so long for the great stuff you've ordered.

Again, my sincere apologies, my hope is that this never happens again! We're working on that software glitch as we speak. Have a great 2015.

MAGIC BEYOND BELIEF.

I was very upset with the elisionist customer service. They are cold, unhelpful and condescending. I was requesting a refund because a product they sold that promised certain things never delivered.

I was disappointed and asked for a refund they responded no, which I understand but their customer service rep was very rude about the entire thing.

I will not be returning as a customer to ellusionist

I've never been stonewalled by a customer service department they way I have by Ellusionist's. I was really becoming a big fan of their's and when they sent out a mialer a year ago for a free gold arcane deck with a minimum purcahse I jumped at it. I bought many things and everything I wanted was in stock except for the box that come with the club membership. They charged my card and then wouldn't ship my order until the box came in which they couldn't give me a time frame for. Called my CC company, they can't do this. Charge and ship what you've got or charge when you ship. Can't just sit on money. I tried explaining this to them and they just cancelled my order making it impossible for me to ever get the rare deck. Now they're sending me e-mails asking me to renew my club membership. No way. Not if they treat customers like this.
