I was very upset with the elisionist customer serviceThey are cold, unhelpful and condescendingI was requesting a refund because a product they sold that promised certain things never delivered I was disappointed and asked for a refund they responded no, which I understand but their customer service rep was very rude about the entire thing I will not be returning as a customer to ellusionist
I've never been stonewalled by a customer service department they way I have by Ellusionist's I was really becoming a big fan of their's and when they sent out a mialer a year ago for a free gold arcane deck with a minimum purcahse I jumped at it I bought many things and everything I wanted was in stock except for the box that come with the club membership They charged my card and then wouldn't ship my order until the box came in which they couldn't give me a time frame for Called my CC company, they can't do this Charge and ship what you've got or charge when you ship Can't just sit on money I tried explaining this to them and they just cancelled my order making it impossible for me to ever get the rare deck Now they're sending me e-mails asking me to renew my club membership No way Not if they treat customers like this
