"BUYER BEWARE"
It is pretty bad when these people pray unsuspecting people but even worse when they are getting over on a non profit organization as wellThese people cold called one of my stores and told the manager on duty that their products were already approved by the previous store manager and even knew him by nameMy manager only verified the store mailing addressThe package came a few days later and I was notified at this timeI have tried to make contact with these people different times and never get hold of anyoneI want to pack the bottles of product (Probably just repacked water) and send it back but afraid that they will say they never got it and not to mention the 20% restocking fee
Salesperson spoke with our club manager and asked if we would like to try a sample of their multipurpose cleanerA week later an entire half case of concentrated multipurpose cleaner showed up at our door stepWe thought it was quite the large sampleA few days later an invoice for $showed upI called immediately and demanded that they take their product backTold the customer service representative that we were told we would be receiving a sample, not buying a caseHis response was, "well, we don't have samples of our products." He continued to argue with me THE CUSTOMER, about how this is not their faultHe also complained about how much they spent on shipping this productI immediately called him out on his rude attitude and terrible customer serviceHe still continued to argue with me and told me that I was not understanding him
Our non-profit organization too was duped into "free" samples from this company just to find out later that we owed them. When sales rep called and mentioned the free product that would be shipped, I explicitly asked twice if they are free samples because our organization is non-profit and they said yes! When I called back, they said that no samples are free and we would have to pay a 20% restock fee. Reluctantly, I paid the bill along with a strong letter to remove our organization's name from their database. Of course they can not read!! Last week they called and spoke with another person here saying they were sending us a small order of supplies with a "free" screwdriver. This person did not know of our last encounter with this company, so I will be calling them to stop shipment or it will be refused upon deliver because he did not order anything! I implore any non-profit organization to NOT do business with these people especially all Fraternal Order of Eagles!! They will take your money to help your communities without blinking !!!
Just recieved two invoices from Reliable Maintenance. They are sending me two half cases of multi purpose cleaner that I DID NOT order. Just called them, the gentleman at Reliable would not give me his name. after asking three times and he hung up the phone on me. With this being we are not or planed on paying for something we did not order, almost $400.00 of stuff. Like one of the other comments on here, We are a Non-Profit Business.They like sending companies stuff that they don't order. I dealt with another gentleman four years ago for the same think. I keep getting a call from the company claiming I ordered supplies from them and I never ordered anything from them. They claim they sent something in march 2015 its now 2016 and they wont leave me alone. I never ordered anything they claim they talked to a girl named anna which I don't have anyone by that name working in my office. The signature for the package is w. Cummings and I don't have any staff members by that name either. The gentleman on the phone is extremely frustrating because he basically claims that if anyone signed for the package its my responsible to pay or send the supplies back. I don't have any supplies shipped from them and have no idea who would have signed for the goods. I just want them to leave me alone. Bogus invoice for something I didn't order.
