We contacted the customer and agreed to replace lug nuts since we did remove one wheel and also agreed to provide a remote, customer stated he is satisfied

My Manager Chris S [redacted] spoke to Customer and offered five lug nuts for the wheel we removed and a remote, the customer thanked Chris for working with him
1/8/ We here at Elm Chevrolet have addressed every issue that [redacted] has hadShe felt her car wasn't clean properly so we re-cleaned it again for her [redacted] also had a brake squeal that we took care of bye replacing new rotors and pads no questions asked we took care of herYesterday 1/7/ [redacted] called and said her battery was dead we spoke for a few minutes I told her Harold would be calling her so we could send someone over to her location to jump the car and bring in so we could look at it for herWhen Harold our service advisor made contact with [redacted] she wanted to know if this would be paid for and Harold told her we needed to look at the vehicle first, [redacted] then told Harold never mind do not send anyone over to jump me I ( [redacted] ) will be taking you to small claims courtI myself Chris S [redacted] left [redacted] two messages after Harold and her conversation and as of 9:this morning have not heard anything back from her!! Hi [redacted] ,I just wanted to let you know, that the above complaint has been resolved The service manager at ELM Chevrolet called me and we both came to a mutual resolution You can close the case I appreciate your efforts in helping us with this matter Have a great day! Regards,
