all the lug bolts were scared and they only gave me 5 so for wheel to finish the job would be more I can take pic of the ones I replaced and then take pic of each wheel showing the scared lug bolts still left on truck the same pattern of scaring in my opinion let me know I will get pic asap

We have tried to contact the customer four times with no responseI would like to inspect the tires myself and the make a determination

Yesterday 1/7/2016 [redacted] called and said her battery was dead we spoke for a few minutes I told her Harold would be calling her so we could send someone over to her location to jump the car and bring in so we could look at it for her. When Harold our service advisor made contact with [redacted] she wanted to know if this would be paid for and Harold told her we needed to look at the vehicle first, [redacted] then told Harold never mind do not send anyone over to jump me I ([redacted]) will be taking you to small claims court. A refund has been issued in the form of a check made out to customer and her bank.  The delay in issuance was due to the customer not providing information and documentation necessary to cancel the policy.

We contacted the customer and agreed to replace 5 lug nuts since we did remove one wheel and also agreed to provide a remote, customer stated he is satisfied.

My Manager Chris S[redacted] spoke to Customer and offered five lug nuts for the wheel we removed and a remote, the customer thanked Chris for working with him.
