*** *** has been a renter since 12/1/10. His rent is due on the first.He has been behind for a long time. We have sent letters - 12/14/15, 7/25/16, 10/18/16, 2/7/17, 6/13/17, 10/16/and have called many times.Here is a list of payments and a list of bad checks.His unit will sell

[redacted] we would please like to resolve this issue without selling our unit we fully disagree with a multiple amount of these payments and sent [redacted] copies of the money orders and canceled checked the only and main reason we reached out to Revdex.com was because every single time we sent a payment of over 173 dollars at a time the lady he has handling his books would call and say we owe four hundred more dollars it was outrageous we don’t want to loose our unit we want to come to a positive resolution where we all agree and no one gets short end of stick what is right is right this last payment might be the only possible nsf check that is the correct nsf in the amount of 173 and that was because as y’all at B.B. b know my wife’s wallet was stolen and she dealing with her bank handling those details but we can take care of that payment if [redacted] will agree to not sell our unit and to stop racking on four hundred dollar extra payments every time we make s payment saying what we just paid did not go to our unit but to back fees and late fees that is just outrageous we are victims of Hurricane Harvey and we lost everything in that hurricane and we could definitely use a lot of the items we have stored in that unit we haven’t even had access to that unit in years sadly because we have been behind and the hours of operation we just want to come to a nice good positive resolution and work this out no hard feelings bringing Revdex.com in was just trying to have a mediator thank you
