BEST decision I have made in a loooong time. So glad I found Dr Berard. I was needing to switch Chiropractors and did a search on Cigna site (my health insurance) and found her listing. Made an appointment (this was more than a year ago) and when I tell you that she is THE BEST, those words don't cover how great she is. I loved the fact that her practice is shared with her father (who has been a chiropractor for many years). That made me comfortable in case I ever need to see him in her absence. My consultation was nothing less than complete. She sent me to get X-Rays which helps her to know what was going on with my bones (neck to hips). She reviewed every inch of those images with me and pointed out where the arthritis is settling in and then shared her plan to get me on the path of relief. When I got in my car to drive home, I sat for a moment and cried a little - tears of joy. I was soooooooo happy that I found her. Because of my success with her my husband now is a patient of Dr. Berard. She's thorough, complete, caring, and appointments are never delayed. You show up on time, you're directed to a room, you wait a few minutes (maybe), she comes in, assesses how you've been, why you're there, you lay on the adjustment table, she adjusts you and you're out the door doing your daily thing. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this woman and not to leave out the staff......they are always friendly and very helpful when you need to make a last minute change to an appointment.
