-The facility is never open until 2amAll guests are required to be out of the facility by 1am (the same time *** *** *** quoted in their email copies to you,) with a maximum bar extension time of 12:30am if requested and paid for.-The price for an extension is correct, however there was not one requested that eveningThe event planner was in contact with them throughout the evening and present until long after the event concludedIf an extension was requested or there was a problem with a timeline we wish they would have brought this issue to her attention at that time so they may be addressed and corrected if need beBar extensions are at the discretion of the facility and in accordance with state law in serving intoxicated persons. -After review with the bar staff and a discussion with the event planner hours of bar time was provided to the event as contracted.-Although we do not track the exact end time of all events it is standard when the DJ/Band/MC begins to break down, the lights are turned up for the safety of the tearing down DJ, and the facility itself begins being cleaned as this signifies the end of the eventThe last image in the photo booth was taken at 11:12pm by a guest in a robe, with consistent use up until that timeThis is long after the 10pm quoted time of *** -*** stated that they paid an extra $for a photo boothA photo booth was provided by a guest for this event and not paid for by the bride and groom, as evidenced by this item not being on their invoice or contractThe agreed upon door open time at their final meeting was 6:00pmThe first three photo strips of the evening were printed at 5:41pm, 5:42pm, and 5:53pm, These three photo strips did print with the incorrect photo strip as the staff was still downloading the photo strip files as it was prior to door open timeWe do regret that this happened, and the moment it was brought to *** attention the matter was already correctedWhen the report of the photo booth misprinting was brought up, an attendant was placed at the photo booth for the evening to insure everything ran smoothly and there were no misprints happeningA reduced rate of 50% was offered to the guest paying for the photo booth due to the inconvenience, and was accepted and paid at that time. -Our security is subcontracted with the local police departmentWe will speak with the officer to gain more details as it is not standard for them, nor have we ever overheard an officer telling guests he had to get home. Again, we regret the delay of any communications but hope that this addresses their concerns

Hello, My wife found some items in the contract along with some emails between her and elm ridge. My wife and I were talking and we think $sounds fairI was unaware but I guess the security guard was also telling our parents we had to go because he had to "get home" Also we
paid an extra $for the photo booth and it was printing the wrong names half the night.Thank you for the help, *** ***

As you can see I did not sign the contract they attachedTherefore, I don't see how I can legally be considered a "client"They were more than happy to swipe my credit card, but never asked me to sign a contract, read a contract, or even tell me that my deposit was non-refundable! Once I knew this event was cancelled indefinitely I made a phone call to see about getting my money backI was told to have my daughter sign the Cancellation Form and send it back asap, and that I would get a refund if the said date was rebookedMy daughter attached a letter to the Cancellation form referring to said conversation between myself and the employee regarding the refundOf course they did not want you guys to see that, so they did not send it with their attachmentsTherefore, I have attached it to this emailThis letter is dated 10-15-It's very clear that they were happy to sign off on the Cancellation form, but totally ignored the letter attached to it referring to a refund! They should have dealt with this obvious problem as soon as they received this letter! Instead they chose to ignore it, along with the phone messages that I left them over a week periodNot a good way to do business!!! They are obviously only concentrating on a contract that I didn't signThey really need to accept the fact that an employee gave out some wrong information and they need to make it right with me by refunding me the full $They also need to review how their mail and phone calls are being handled in their office and make some crucial changes!!

On 7/7/16 we agreed to reserve an event date for [redacted]. At this time the referenced $500 reservation fee was charged and the attached contract was signed. As indicated in writing and agreed to by all parties this deposit is non-refundable. At no time was a refund promised to...

the client or her mother. In contrast, our payment policy was reiterated. On 10/16/16 [redacted] again acknowledged in writing the previous agreement of reservation fees being non-refundable, and that all payments were non-refundable, non-transferable, and considered liquidated damages. The original contract and signed cancellation agreement have been attached with the appropriate sections highlighted. As such no further refunds will be made as [redacted] agreed to these terms and conditions both on initial reservation, and again in October 2016 when her event was cancelled. We specifically put our terms in writing to be up front about our policies and procedures.
