Review: I wanted to discuss a horrifying experience that my family and I experienced at the Elm Raod Triple Drive Thru in Warren Ohio. I have never been to a drive through in my life and so I decided to give it a try. We arrived at 7:55 on yesterday as we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to get refreshments. The line was nearly empty as this time. We received a ticket and we were told that our number would be called once our order was ready. Our number was never called so we spoke to the staff. We were told to wait in this line and another and another. After going around about 3 times. I spoke to a staff member who told me to go directly to the front of the line as we did not have to continue to wait. We went to the front of the line and we were confroned by a woman with black hair in her 30's or 40's. She was dismissive and condescending and instructed us to go to the back of the line again. After several attempts, I was able to communicate what was happening. She reluctantlly processed our order and we recieved our food. By this time, it was 8:25 pm and I shared with her that I was afraid that we would miss our movie. After the first movie was over, we went back inside and to get more refreshments before the second movie started. I spoke to the woman with the black hair again. I explained to her what had happened and I shared that I was deeply dissastisfied. The more I talked the more angry she became. Finally, she said that if I did not leave the line that she would contact the police. I told her that I wanted to police to know the truth about her. I left again as the second movie was about to start. I went back a final time and spoke to a gentleman I later learned was the owner. I told him that I wanted to know how to go about filing a complaint. He reluctantly told me how and reluctantly provided his name. After a short amount of research online, I learned that there were a number of people with similar complaints. There were others who were treated just as badly.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and I would like for others to know the truth about this business.
