We purchased a property with Ryan Homes which developer is Elm StreetWe received many verbal promises that are not going to happen.Unfortunatelly we have nothing in writing because they know what to print and what notMy advice to anyone interested in buying a precostruction property with Ryan Homes is: Request every single offering in writing to make sure you will have legal grounds when the time comes that they just "do not recall" or if their offer was given by another employeeThose are the Elm Street's vicepresident for Prince William County fav answersCostumers should also be aware that Elm Street manages the HOA for most of the construction processBy the time they allow homeowners to have voice or vote in the community's desicions is when they are most likely leaving the communityMeanwhile homeowners get the Property Manager's bill every month without any rights for services let's say not top of the line to be honest
