Review: On 6/*/2013 I purchase 4 new tires from Tire Buys. Early September, 2013, I had a flat (nail puncture) in the front passenger tire, but I also had been putting air in all the tires every couple of weeks since purchasing them. When I took the car in to get the flat replaced, they found that the seals on all of the tires were bad. They replaced the flat tire (which I had to pay for), and fixed the other three tires which was caused by their lack of a quality install back in June. The other day (8/**/14), I had to pull over because I heard a popping noise and the car started shaking. I found the tirewall had peeled off the front tire. I put on the spare and called the shop. They said they'd order a tire, which we'd have to pay for, but they would send the damaged tire to the manufacturer to see if it was covered by warranty. Today when I went to get the replacement tire, they said that the other front tire was going to suffer the same issue, and it wasn't a manufacturer's defect, it was due to a lack of alignment. They never aligned the tires after installing them in June 2013 and again in September 2013, and they never told me I needed to get an alignment. Besides a lack of alignment resulting in bad gas mileage, it caused the tirewall to disintegrate and is about to cause that same damage in a second tire. They told me today that I should have had a mechanic align the car. How can they get away with selling tires, not aligning them, not telling me I needed to have them aligned, and then not replacing them for free when the tirewall explodes?Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for the tire I just purchased ($125) and a free new tire to replace the one they said is ready to pop.
