To whom it may concern:We explained to the customer, we can not issue refunds based on what the client sees on their on-line credit card statement. Often what happens is when someone uses a credit card, the credit card company charges an amount greater then is necessary. Within a week,
this amount in the past has always been corrected. We DO NOT RECIVE THESE FUNDS and have no control over them so we can not refund them (this is an issue between him and his credit card company). If this customer still has not received a credit on their account and can show us the amount on an official statement (not on his internet account), I will be more then happy to refund the $50.As for the $11.99, this is the prorated amount he was owed for using the service for 70% of the month.I am very sorry about his experience, and would be more then happy to apologize to him for the way he feels my manger treated him. He was not easy to work with, but he is the customer. Please have him call me at ###-###-#### and I will gladly speak with him.Thanks

Review: On 06/02/15 I went to Jilly's Car wash located at 15340 W. Bluemound Rd. Elm Grove WI and purchased a monthly fast pass that was 39.99 a month. Everything worked great up until 6/17/15 I went in to receive my car wash and my fast pass did not work. I went in to speak with the store associate and they explained to me that my card was declined, so I used the same card I had used previously on 6/02/15 and everything was good to go. the next day I looked at my bank account and noticed a $50.00 charge from Jilly's and figured it was a pro rated amount and left it alone until the next day 06/18/15 when I checked my bank account again, there was yet another charge for $41.99. I immediately called Jilly's and was told by the cashier that the $50.00 was just a hold and it should be released in the next 3 days and if it was not to come in and the manager would manually release it. I waited until 6/22/15 and the money was not released back to me so I went into Jilly's and was told with a smirk on the managers face that there was nothing he could do for me and that I would have to contact the company that handles their charges. I got a little upset and raised my voice and asked for my money back. he gladly refunded me $11.99, but I'm still out $80.00 for services I never received. I was charged $50.00 and was never made aware on this charge, and was not refunded the proper amount, on op of that the manger was smirking and smiling when he said there was nothing he could do.Desired Settlement: Refund me the proper amount
