Elmdale Management Group

Elmdale Management Group is the property manager of my condo in Vero Beach.I had a one year lease with my tenants. They terminated the lease about 2 and one half months prematurely. According to the lease agreement, the tenants are to reimburse me $2600 plus $250 for pet damage. At first Elmdale was reluctant to give me any money due but they emailed me recently and said I would receive $1550.I have the documentation so show I am entitled to the additional $1300.00
