Our customer’s vehicle was involved in an accident and wewere contracted to repair the damage that was sustained in relation to theaccidentWe repaired the driver’s side front of the vehicle which was thedamage that was reportedWe are very concerned about this complaint that you receivedand as soon as we received your email we contacted our customerWe had the customer come back and did diagnostics to addressthe driveability problem as per complaintWe found that there are maintenance issues that the owner has to repair firstin order to determine if there are any problems existing as a result of theaccident We communicated to ourcustomer that a tuis not accident related but a maintenance issue and notpart of this claim with the insurance companyYes, the insured of the vehicle who hit him has a limitedliability coverage policy and the maximum amount of that policy has already been reached as per the insurancecompany We advised our customer to setup a claim under his under-insured motorist part of his insurance policy ifthere needs to be any additional repairs done to vehicle as a result of thisclaim Once this were done, if hisinsurance company authorized the repairs, we would be glad to do those repairsThe additional items that were noted as part of thiscomplaint that were not a result of the accident were discussed with ourcustomer and we have come to an agreementShould you need further information please contact us Thank you
