I have one old version of Red Sea S-650 aquarium and it works quite well, then I bought another new version with LED, this one definitely has some defects, the black paint on the frames is so easy to peel off that it starts to peel one month after I bought it.
Then I ask the seller to contact Red Sea that if we can get a replacement, however after one year I still don't have the replacement. I contacted the Red Sea by myself again and never get a response till now. The customer service is so bad.

***This is in regard to a complaint from 6-20-18 #***. Sorry for the delay in my response, but it took a few weeks to resolve.Mr *** requested some warranty work on an aquarium we installed. I was not aware that the manufacturer (Red Sea Aquariums) was not responding. Once I received you letter I contacted Red Sea myself on his behalf. On Friday July 6 Mr. told me the requested parts were in and we are planning on installing them this Friday July 13 at no charge.I believe Mr *** is now satisfied with the resolutionSincerelyGary KPresidentElmer’s Aquarium
