Our cadillac gave out on our roadtrip from Fremont, NE to Arizona. Onstar service sent a tow truck on 04/07/2015 outside Pueblo with instructions to tow our car to Wilcoxson Inc. Upon arrival with the tow truck, my partner and I were ignored. When we introduced ourselves and explained why we were there, the service representative responded that they closed at 2pm and would be unable to look at our car that day. He also stated that they were busy. We had asked on the phone about a rental car. When prompted he stated the rental care agency was closed. We were stuck in a strange city without transportation with no assistance from this business. Finally they allowed us to complete paperwork for a loaner. We returned on Monday at 10am to see what progress was made....none. No excuses, no explanations, no estimate. They were rude and disinterested. Extremely poor customer relations and services. We had our cadillac immediately towed to Aamco at [redacted] in Pueblo. The service provided at Aamco was outstanding.
