We have warranty programs in place for most of our sharpeners that require proof of purchase. If receipts are unavailable, we ask that the consumer provide us with coded information that can be found on the bottom of the units identifying the model and production date. Mr. Hunter could not provide us with any proof of purchase. However, we are sending him a new sharpener for his classroom as a one time courtesy.

I have waited 8 days and haven't yet received the replacement product promised by the company. It will hopefully arrive soon.
