I went into this car dealership around 5:pm in the afternoonThe person that greated me was the used car manager I told him I was looking for a particular car that I had seen on the Internet that was usedHe immediately put me off to another salesmanI told that salesman that I was looking for a car for my daughter and I would come back after I picked her up from the train from work I picked my daughter up and went back to the dealership within an hour and the used car sales manager had called his relatives to come in and look at the car I was looking atWhile I was there the relatives put down a deposit and bought the car even though I offered to buy it right then and there with no deposit Most of us think that used car salesman our slime [redacted] and here's the proofThis used car sales manager is a jerkSo now I will go to other car dealerships looking for a car with a very bad attitude and a very bad taste in my mouth because of this individual and how he actedBy the way I also happen to own a Jaguar and this is a Jaguar dealerWhat do you think the chances are I would ever go there to buy a new car? I have had my Jaguar serviced at this dealership in the past, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Thank you for informing us regarding complaint # [redacted] In response to the customer’s complaint we had inspected the vehicle in regards on September 1st, covering the customers complaints of the transmission operation and condition, brake wear and its condition front and rear, suspension, including sway bars, tire condition and tread depth which were all within operating specifications, showing no malfunction or having soon to be needed maintenance or replacementOur staff spoke to Ms [redacted] on December 16th regarding her concerns that an outside independent repair facility she chose to inspect her vehicle and informed her of the mentioned issuesWe indicated to her that we would like to inspect the concerns and help regarding any true costs that she had been quoted by the outside repair facility though she indicated that she was unable to bring the vehicle to usAs of current we are trying to get in contact with her to alternatively resolve the issue

We told the customer that we would cover $of the repair
