I put down a deposit to move into one of their apartments that' was suppose to include a washer /dryer connection & I was suppose to view it.After giving them a deposit they did not allow me to view the apartment at all & they told me I want be getting the apartment with the washer & dryer connection as we discussed earlier before putting my money down as a deposit. I told them I would like my deposit refunded because that was not the apartment we talked about & they didn't let me view the apartment to see if it was ok with me to have an apartment without a washer dryer connection. They told me the $500 deposit is non refundable after I payed them. They didn't tell me it was non refundable before paying or I never would have payed it.Desired SettlementI would like a refund because I will not be moving in the apartment at all. It is not the apartment with the washer/dryer connection we discussed before. It is an apartment without those connection. They told me that after paying my deposit & they didn't even let me view the apartment. I was scammed by this company.

I've been having issues and can't seen to get them resolved. I don't have any outside lights to light my area, once I settle in after work it's pitch black.on today May 11th,2015 the sewage is coming from the sewage drain and there is literally fecal matter in front of my doorstep. I went into the apartment office to find out when they will be resolving the problem and the apartment's office power is off and that includes the telephone power! I'm not getting any answers ,when I ask the office manager including the maintenance workers about what's going on and when will these things be fixed they say they don't know. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] in the commercial resource division of [redacted] this morning to have the electric restored for that area and that will be done today. So Ms. [redacted] will have outside lights before the close of business today. We strive to complete resident complaints in a timely manner when the office was informed of the outside sewer issue we contacted a plumbing company within 24 hours to have those repairs made. I've called and visited the office numerous times and i'm still getting the same response, that it's the utility company's issue. The area in which I live has no light whatsoever! I can't see my door key hole to turn my key! that's how dark it is, I have to use a flashlight, so whom do I turn to?
