Review: Brought furniture from Elmoda furniture store, less than two weeks the sofa starting unraveling. Called store they promise to call me back. After almost a most of calling no call back sale rep told me to email a photo of damages I did. Still no response. Than I sat in one of the dining chairs and a piece of wood stuck me in my back, the wood of the chair just crack and it un useable. I had company pull out sofa it is unleveled. I have already paid $2400 dollars with more payments to go and can't use furniture.Desired Settlement: At this point u feel the furniture is substandard and dealing with this store is impossible. I rather them co e get the furniture and give me a refund.

Review: The furniture is completely cheap and of very low quality. When I was placing my order, the sales rep was bragging about how good their products are. I spent $1850 and everything I received had issues. The guys that came to set up my furniture were very rude and disrespectful they used their dirty boots to put together my couch. I called the store and spoke to [redacted] who told me that he will change out the couch for me. The couch had a lot of knots in the arms and the seams were all lose. ( The new one looked better at first but I noticed that the cushions were not as firm as they were in the store let alone that one of the arms of the couch you can hear it cracking. When the new couch came my sister and I asked what were they going to do with the old couch and the guy told us that they were just going to bring this same couch to someone else.The bed was not properly set up and it makes a lot of noise and one of the drawers was completely broken. The set-up guy still pushed the drawer in after I told him not to.They never set up the Chest that I ordered until 2 weeks later. They had just left the whole box in my room. Let alone when they finally did come to set it up it was the wrong chest. I had to call the company back. When they did bring me the actual chest I ordered, it was completely discolored. The 2 top drawers were a lighter shade then the other 3 drawers and so I called the guy from the warehouse back and asked him to change it for me. He said that he would have to come and check it out. When he came, he expressed that this was the last chest and that he had to put it together with what he had in the warehouse.(WHAT THE HECK) I am still waiting for them to come change the drawers to the chest, change the arm of couch and to fix my bed. I had made my purchase back on the [redacted] of March and it is now the [redacted] and nothing. I still have the discolored drawers with a squeaky as bed and cracking couch. When I spoke with [redacted] he told me it was my fault for ordering cheap stuff.Desired Settlement: I never signed the delivery of satisfaction. When I first called to complain about everything I told them that I wanted my money back. The sales rep told me that she would speak to the manger. When I spoke to him, he asked me to work with him that he will fix everything and even change out the couch with the issue. But at this point I am beyond tired of having to deal with this company. As I stated before, everything they sent me was very cheap and all had defects. Please help me!

We apologize for the delay but there were items in [redacted]'s order that were delayed by the manufacturers which delayed the pick up and exchange for her order.

This is [redacted]. I am writing you because I noticed my claim was closed but I have yet to get my things fixed r chaged. Someone from the company came about to weeks ago but did not fix the issue with the chest or the couch. I was told that a piece of the couch will be ordered and when they do come back that he will paint my chest.. I said no I don't want it painted... I wanted a new one like I paid for not you painting this. The guy did claim to have fixed the bed stating that the first guy put the broads backwards and so he was going to fix it... Two days later the squeak was back. So no they have NOT fixed the issue. And NO one has called me about the couch or chest. Let alone since the day he came one of the drawers is stuck and I can't pull it out. Please help me. I am in small claims now trying to file a claim.

Review: I purchased a kitchen set from elmoda furniture store on [redacted] on february * 2015.I paid 461 dollars for a table 3 chairs and a bench.The delivery date was suppose to be on the *of February,that's what was told to by [redacted] the sales associate.I didn't receive it by the * of february so I stayed home for nothing.I called them and [redacted] apologized I was then told I'll get it by Monday the * of february 2015 ,Monday came no delivery not even a call so I called and I was told I should have it by the 10 the 10 came and I didn't receive nothing.So I stopped by the store on the **of february spoke to [redacted].I received my set at 8 pm that night,I didn't receive my bench and the chairs were loose and wobbly I complained to the store about the chairs and my missing bench.I was assured that someone will come and tighten up my chairs and deliver my bench.It is now March ** 2015 and I still haven't received my bench nor have they sent someone to tighten up my chairs.I've been calling the company and they won't answer my calls nor delivery my bench .Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my bench,if not that a refund

[redacted] received her bench March **, 2015. We apologize for the delay but this particular bench was in back order from the manufacturers. We have to wait for the merchandise to arrive to our warehouse to then be able to deliver to our customer. Again, our sincerest apologies for the wait.
