Agreed upon value/price : $29,000 with sale manager for venza car v4 2015 and they did $31,850.00 , they hurry me to sign into the paper work, I have confused for $31,850.00 ,so I asked another saleman they said they will adjust this amount but they didn't do. Some words in contact I didn't understand, everything is english , my English is limited . I lost close to $3,000.00. Everything for total is about $38,000 I must borrow money to pay payment. I have contacted to sale manager , they can't help. They have stolen my money ; that is money I have worked hard by blood. Please be careful when you work with financial officers in this dealer. They can cheat you. Before you sign any paper, please check money amount you have deal to saleman. I hope nobody that is a victim like me. If God have eyes , please see this dealer.
