We did a large project for this client and one of the areas was flooring in her family room. We installed the flooring for this client and the material had some blemishes that we could not removeWe found that the material was not able to be meet her expectations so we offered to remove the flooringThe decision to remove the floor was made on Friday 10/06/2017. We agreed to have it done on Monday but at the time I could not commit on a time. We removed the flooring on Monday as we had agreed. I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** has minimized the complaint and has not addressed the poor customer service, the lack of communication, the insufficiencies with which his company "completed" the job. I paid them to be done with them. They put in a new window with no window sill, after my final complaints, they offered and I declined. They did not complete the baseboards...actually the foreman refused after the defective floor was replaced. They left overspray of texture on furniture and bedding due to carelessness which I cleaned up myself. They did not complete verbal agreements which never got put in writing, even though I asked for written estimates for the verbal agreement regarding replacing outdoor door, frame and new awning. I have paid them and no further action required. I just want future buyers to beware of their lack of organization and what I consider lack of integrity. I did not want them in my home to the point that I am willing to pay other people to finish what they did not. *** ***
