I am rejecting this response because: I still have...
not received any service from Fixt. The problem continues since March! I spoke to a supervisor, Amanda, on 5/4 and was assured that Fixt would resolve the issue. I was called back on 5/5 and told that someone would cut my lawn by 5/9. That did not happen. I have not heard from Fixt as of 9:54pm on the evening of 5/9 to explain why service still has not been rendered. Once again Fixt continues to let me down. I just want the service performed as promised when promised.
