Hello my name is *** ***. I am the community sales manager/agent in question to this complaint. Some/most of this complaint is fabricated. I am not a lender, nor do I represent myself to be one. When the accuser came in to purchase a home, and any prospect for that
matter, we talk about our lender and the process to get pre-approved, in order to move forward with a purchase in our community. All potential buyers are required to complete the same pre-application, to cross-qualify with our in-house lender, to make sure they are qualified and able to borrow the loan amount needed to close escrow. After moving forward with a purchase, buyers are able to formally apply with, and select, any lender they would like to use. The first page/tab on the in-house pre-application requires both borrower and co-borrower information (if applicable), and two separate "Terms and Conditions" boxes regarding the credit check, that need to be "checked" and agreed to, prior to moving on to the next page/tab. This is a simple case of the accuser not reading "Terms and Conditions" that they are agreeing toThank you for your time, I wish the accuser and his family good luck in finding a home!
