I was a patient at Elmsford Chiropractic for 8months until I decided to move in early JuneBefore my relocation a quarterly deduction was taken from my credit card at the amount of $Prior to this deduction I made Elmsford Chiropractic aware of my move and the fact that I would no longer be a patient
It has been months since I informed them I would not be returning to their practice and would need my refundNeedless to say, there has been weeks of back and forth communication and no resolutionI was told it would take days from June **, Once the days was complete I called because I have yet to receive any refund and was told they have yet to process any payment and that I was not the only patient waiting for a refund
At this time, I have been charged interest on my credit card for outstanding balance and will be charged again for the month of July
