Mr*** came in on 10/31/2014, with miles, all four tires were road force balancedThe next visit on 11/18/with miles the service manager drove the customers vehicle on the highway for a shaking concernThe service manager drove a brand new truck off our lot

This dealership faxed over all invoices to the customers attorney, once again the recall was completed and the vehicle is ready for pick-up

Once again, this dealership is not being completely truthfulThe records were faxed over yesterday to the attorney; however, the records DID NOT include the most recent service that was done on the vehicle which was the last recall, and supposedly the reason why the vehicle was stalling out while driving without warningAnother letter was sent by my attorney requesting ALL of the records so the vehicle can be taken to a private mechanicThe vehicle will be picked up once all the records are in hand.

Again, this is a recycled premeditated and well rehearsed response from Elmwood INCThe ones with all the financial influence and high end law firmsThat constantly take advantage of the lows income, poverty stricken individualsWith their frauds, scams and manipulation tactics Who is ***? I never dealt with *** is the initial representative in which took the vehicle into his hands and conducted the unauthorized work on my vehicleThis has ended up in their decision to replace my transmissionBottom line, end of storyElmwood INC has made statements that are unfounded in regards to the service of my vehicle and as to my warranty policyI see no attachments in support of their in sightfurther more I again have no position to authorize any work nor give permission to Elmwood INCMy *** extended warranty investigator *** at *** has the authority in this matterI'm constantly being harassed by calls in the middle of work that are not necessary and Elmwood INC is phishing for a way out of their misconduct and professionalism, in this caseI would like immediate investigation into this a possible fraud caseIf Elmwood INC continues to harass me and refuse to cooperate with my third party investigators there will be no other option but to file suit for negligence and fraud I have recordings from Elmwood INC stating they did unauthorized work prior to contacting me and *** on my vehicle in violation of statutory law, state law, federal lawand now are delaying the completion because they are responsible for something they do not want to be held accountable forThis is why there is a unnecessary delay in the completion of my vehicles workThe question with Elmwood here is "who is paying for this" rather than completing the job, then worry about getting paid

This dealership never offered me a replacement vehicle for the remainder of the lease On November 1, the service manager, *** ***, spoke to my lawyer and said the best they could do was for me to lease another new vehicle through them and they would take care of any costs with my current vehicleMy lawyer has also called Mr*** times last week and left messages for him requesting the service recordsAs of 11/15/there have been no return phone calls nor have the service records been releasedA request in writing was sent out on 11/14/by my lawyerOther than taking the car back which was "fixed" or leasing another vehicle from them, they have not been cooperative or helpful in any wayEach time the car was "fixed" and taken back the same problem happened againThey refuse to give me the service records so I can take the car to my own private mechanic to be looked atI am still not convinced after attempts to fix the problem that it is solvedI continue to be afraid to drive it and put myself or family in danger. In response to Mr ***'s complaint, MOST of what Mr *** stated is correct except for a few? statements.? Mr*** did in fact make an offer of $39,on the vehicle he was interested in purchasing.? The Salesman *** *** that was assisting Mr *** asked if he
would buy the vehicle now at that price if his manager would approve the offer.? Mr *** stated he would? NOT sign any papers and he would? NOT buy the vehicle today at that price even if the offer was accepted.? Mr *** then left the dealership and the offer was ultimately denied anyway.? Mr *** then called the next day and stated he would purchase the same truck for $39,000.? *** (salesman) informed Mr *** that his offer was not accepted and gave him a counteroffer of $41,465.?
