Review: I signed up for a 2,000 dollar loan with this company. It advertised for people with bad credit.I was told I qualified for the loan but had to pay $87.00 for insurance since I I had bad credit. I put the money on a [redacted] money pack voucher like they asked me to. Not realizing it would cause a problem I put an even $90.00 on voucher. They said they could not take it because it was not exact. I was told it was my fault not theirs. I apologized and was told to redo it and they would refund me the other 90.00 dollars back when my loan was complete. I bought another [redacted] money pack card and put 87.00 dollars on it. I was told that my loan went through. It did not go through. I called them back and was told because of my bank not being a national bank I I had to pay a wire fee of $106.25. I was told to put the money on a [redacted] money pack again. I asked if this was the last fee I would have to make. I was promised that it was. after purchasing the money pack a third time, I was told it went through again. It however did not. I called back again and was told because I have bad credit I would have to pay another forty something dollars in some kind of a tax. I at this time told them that I was afraid of the legitimacy of this business and would pay no more money. I asked for a refund and was told to call back when I paid the rest and was hung up on. I could not get a refund and cancel loan.Desired Settlement: I would like the $283.25 that I had to pay. I would also like to know if this was a legitimate business or if I was stupid enough ta fall for a fraudulent company. Thank you very much for your time.[redacted]
