The owner first advertised me a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier and when I got the VIN number, it was in fact a 2004. I let the seller know, and he insisted that I misunderstood how to read, and that the manufacturer year was 2004 (although it said 12/03). In order for him to keep the carbon hold for me, he said that I had to make a payment of 500.00 to guarantee that was my car. I then got the car insured after test driving it (Sept 13, 2017). Because of Hurricane Irma the week prior,alot of counties didn't have power for a week so I took that into mind when I did not receive my paper tags within the week. He then promises to bring me the car so we can finish the payment process and I can drive off, on that Monday the 18th. He never shows up. Whenever I contact him, he gives me an excuse that he is not going to his dealership today, to call him tomorrow etc etc. I have tried to get my refund back but he says the he has spent it already, and I cannot have it back. He has also offered *** favors in return for a lower price on the car and I feel that because I have declined, he is delaying the process. At this point, I want nothing to do with this man or his business.

On behalf of Elohim cars solution's inc ,I Betty P the president of Elohim cars in a process of selling a 2004 Chevrolet cavalier silver to *** for an amount of 2000$ she makes a deposit of 500$ on the car until she get the rest of amount to paid in full taxes,transfer and title fee she was delay at first for the money to pick up the vehicle while I m holding the car for her. When she's ready I was out of power for few days do to hurricane Irma,she decide to get her money back I told her yes but since I take sale list all that long I need to try to sell it again give me a little time to give u your money she get made the car still here at the lot but we are working on to refund the money !
