They are stealing money, I called and canceled way b4 my time was up and they cancelled everything now I get charged 95.00.will be calling my bank tomarrow and the better biz bureau.

I had almost the same problem. I agreed to a free trial for their diet pills if I paid for the shipping. They added a green tea item which I complained about. Never-the-less I absorbed the cost of that shipping cost. Then one day I was notified by email another shipment would be arriving within days. Mind you, I never ordered ANOTHER shipment. So when the item arrived I called the company and again got a run-around. This time they tried to cut the cost but I refused. I told them I would gladly ship the item back to them unopened if the rebated the $95.21 billed to my credit card. After a squabble they finally agreed to rebate the money and I was told not to ship back the item, the shipping cost was not worth it or some idiocy like that.
I thought the matter was closed but no, they again billed me a second time for the same amount only this time a shipment never arrived thank God. I again called them and got a person I could not fully understand and who was rather the 'I'm sorry' type. She was no help so rather than deal with her I contacted my credit card company. They arranged for a three way conversation: me, the person answering the phone at the company and my credit card representative. The credit card person made it clear I was due a rebate since the first bill was rebated yet I was billed the following month for the same item but this time without even a delivery. So in essence I was being billed twice for the same item. Seems they rebated and then changed their mind and re-billed me the following month. Rather than yak on the phone for another 20 minutes the credit card rep asked me if I wanted to file a dispute. I said yes and that is how the issue is being handled now.

I rarely opt to try free samples but since the ad was attached to Judge Judy's name I thought it would be an honest company. Seems either not so honest or incompetent.

Wow, this company is the biggest joke! They are untrustworthy. They assured me that my refund was on it's way after they tricked me into buying it. I called them back to see why my refund was taking so long and they said it had been to long for me to send it back. The other guy said I didn't have to...b[redacted]it company. They are just ripping people off!

Eloquence Skin Care is quite untrustworthy. I would not recommend ordering this product. I ordered this product on a trial basis and exactly 14 days later my credit card was charged $186.98. That is only part of my problem. I got a rash on my face and my skin texture changed for the worst. I contacted the number I was to call to cancel and was given a cancellation number. I am not sure about that yet. I contacted my credit card issuer and put this company on notice. If they try to charge me again they will be rejected. I learned y lesson. What a scam!

This is a scam. The same happen to me. No mention of any other charges after the trial offer. And I paid $18.56 for lumella eye and magic wrinkle. (Neither worked.) I did not see anything about $1.96, $5.96, and 4.94 for delivery charges. And the same day I had charges of $98.06 and $97.58. My credit card Co. is requesting a refund.

Review: This company has a scam advertisement going on the internet for you to receive your first sample of their skin product free and ONLY pay for the shipping charges of $4.99. Then once they get your credit card information they charge your $97.24. I received the product and then learned that they did not even take close to the amount that was advertised that charged my card $97.24. NEVER ONCE in the advertisement did they even state the price for their product. I am so upset with this type of scam to get customer's money in an dishonest way. Please assist me in getting a FULL REFUND. I have never even opened the box with the product received. This company needs to be exposed for this scam they have on the internet.Desired Settlement: I recently called my credit card company and had them put a stop on my card. I asked them to issue me a new card. Therefore, the credit card information they have will not be able to be credited because of them I had to cancel my card and mess up matters for myself. I did not want this company to continue to have access to my credit card information at all. I would appreciate a Check being sent to me immediately for a refund!!

Review: Unfortunately an infomercial caught my eye, and I placed an order with Eloquence Skin. I read thoroughly through their terms and conditions, and no where did it mention I had the 14 day trial guarantee from the day I placed the order. The comments stated once I've applied the product, I would see the results in 2 weeks, so this lead me to believe it would be after I applied it for 14 days. I was not satisfied with the results after applying for 5 days, so I was going to contact them to inform them that I no longer want to be subscribed to their product, but my checking account was charged for $97.24 due to being one day out of the 14 day trial guarantee. I've even offered to return the product, but as I opened and used it for 5 days, they would not accept it. This company needs to be detailed in their terms and conditions, as I feel I was ripped off. Even if I was satisfied with the product, they need to be more clear on the 14 day trial guarantee. I will be calling them back to speak with a manager, as they ALL were in a meeting when I called them to file my complaint.Desired Settlement: Allow me to return the product and refund my account.
