February 15th,To Whom It May Concern; I am responding to a letter I received from your company in regards to a complaint that was made on my establishmentA customer complained about the entertainment coupon that is in the bookI am not excepting the coupon from this book because I had
cancelled not to be in the book for the yearI do not want to be in this book no longerI have proof of my cancellation sent to enter-tainment,which they did not acknowledge, they took it upon themselves to still print the couponThis is why I am not excepting the coupon no longer at my establishmentI have posted proof of cancellation at my front door,at the register, in the dining areasI am also enclosing a copy to you showing my proof of cancellationI do feel bad not to except the coupon from my customers but it is not my faultI feel if they are upset about this situation they should notify entertainment book for it is not my doingThe other customers were notified about this have understood and stayed to eatThey are told about the situation when they show coupon before orderingI don't know why this customer said that there was no explaination, I'm not saying she lied, I have talked to my wait staff about this problem that you notified me about and explained to them how to handle it and to tell the customers why we do not except the coupon, which I had already explained to them what to tell the customers prior to this complainI don't know if my employee explained it right or if the customer didn't understandI'm sorry for the inconvience but I cannot honor the coupon for it-was not successful for my restaurant, that's why I had cancelled itIf you have anymore questions regarding this situation please feel free to notify me either by mail or phoneThank-You, Loretta M***- Manager
