After a two month process, a dumpster was deposited in our driveway on Tue and the was to be done Wed & Thu No one came and no one called on WedI had to call them to find out why I was promised the work would begin on Thu By late afternoon Wed no one had come and no one had called I called again, this time to the main office The person I talked with had no idea that our job wasn't being done or why He promised to look into it and get back with me After min with no call, I called again I was promised a crew would come Fri morning On Fri two supervisors showed up at 7:am, but they quickly realized that they didn't have a ladder long enough to get to the roof of our two-story house They promised they would send a crew with the right ladder on Monday morning The process, thus far, has been frustrating, stressful, and wearying ELR is poorly run and their communication both with me and with each other has been disappointingly poorI will update further when the work is finally done

Writing this review after having a dumpster delivered on Tue and being told the roof replacement would take place Wed & Thu No one came on Wed, and I had to call them to find out why When I did, I was promised that work would begin on Thu It's late Thu afternoon and no one has come, and again, no one called I had to call them, and the person I talked with had no idea that our job wasn't being done or why He promised to look into it and get back with me That was an hour ago This is not the first delay nor is it the first example of ELR doing a poor job in terms of communication I will update my review after the roofing work is done

This was my first time dealing with this form of company I recently had my roof done by them and so far have had no issues I am no roofer but the job looks to have been done well and it looks good The roofers were very thorough and left no mess or materials around the house
The one thing I greatly praise this company for is the awesome customer service I received from the officeThe customer service rep Connie F* was always keeping me posted every step of the way either by email, calls, or messages I never felt disassociated once during this experience
I was very apprehensive since this was the second big project that I was working on with my home The first one made me a little weary and nervous since of all the issues I had and lack of communication with the contractors Due to Connie and others in the office I felt that it was a smooth experience and have recommended them to others

Elf was very helpful to meThey made it easy for me doing the process of setting up the appointment I needed with the adjusters for my home insuranceThey explain the procedureThe only thing that I had a problem with was the up grade of the shinglesI am still waiting for the work to be done on my home roofELF Restoration was there for me every step of the way

I would like to write a review about my experience with ELR Restoration Company My review is totally voluntary, and I am not an employee of this company I am a college graduate professional with a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, expert consultant in the areas of healthcare, health science, management, leadership, mediation, advocacy, coaching, academia and a Notary Public for the State of Florida My business relationship with ELR Restoration Company started around April when I contacted them to get a quote on my house roof hail and water leakage damages The quote from ELR Restoration Company was better than any other in Florida, so, I contacted my insurance and initiated the process of roof restoration Few days after I hired ELR Restoration Company to do the job one of the local TV news in Orlando FL reported what appeared to be a case of fraudulence and scam After seeing the report, I panicked and was very concerned however, I called the company and expressed my concerns to them and they assured me that what I saw on the news was misleading information in addition they challenged me to give them the opportunity to perform the job for them to demonstrate to me how they conduct business I agreed and told them that I wanted to be informed in every step of the process and wanted to be consulted from the beginning to the end of the job I took lots of days off at work thinking that I needed time to go to the County, the Insurance and Homeowner Management Office The reality was that I cancelled my leave requested at work because all required documents including the home owner approval, Orange County permission, insurance coordination it was coordinated and done by ELR Restoration Company The Orlando County Inspector and ELR Restoration Company worked together to ensure that the job was done correctly and under the construction codes of the county Few days after the job was completed I received a phone call from ELR Restoration Company to schedule an appointment to paint the house ceiling Honestly, I was not aware that my insurance has also approved to have ceiling painted by ELR Restoration Company so I called my insurance and they confirmed On the day that the ceiling was going to be painted a crews of about ELR Restoration Company employees show up I was thinking that I needed to do lifting, packing, covering my furniture etc However, once again I was wrong because the crew was so organized and coordinated that they did everything and I was there just to observe the process They packed all house decorations in boxes that they bring with them and they storage everything in one of those storage unit compartments parked on my driveway and supplied by them My house was cover on plastic from the ceiling down and the floor was also covered with paper The house had the look of one of those Halloween mystery houses The job was completed in one day and the next day the company sent a crew of women to do a cleanup of the house and to put all furniture and decorations back They did an outstanding job and they even took picture before moving everything for them to remember where everything was Yesterday, MrJim F* company supervisor came to my house to inspect the job performed by his employees and to take picture for the insurance company I have decided to do what is correct, meaning sharing my service experience with ELR Restoration Company Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes but it's also thru that some people take time to critic, complaint, make defamatory statements and destroy local business by writing deceitful reviews If you hired any person to do a job in your house, you must do your homework and this means you check their references but you also get involved from the first day to the end and most importantyou do not sign any document without reading it and/or without full understanding As human being and people of faith we need to do was is correct and my experience with ELR Restoration Company has been a very positive oneThe outcome was much higher than expectation and for that reason I have personally recommended this company to my own sister who has some kitchen and roof problems To conclude, I do recommend ELR Restoration Company and I am sure that your satisfaction will be as positive as mine Let's build a new America by being honest and responsible in our comments and reviews

I opted to do a random inspection on my home roof in October 2015. Come to find out my roof was 61% damaged by a hail storm in August of 2015. I opted to reach out to my friendly ELR Restoration team after receiving some door literature of their services. They gladly came out to meet with me and my insurance company to coordinate and negotiate on my behalf to get me the BEST possible deal on my roofing needs. The process took about three months but their efforts to assist me proved to be the best experience from such a caring team of professionals. Thank you ELR team!

We have had a very positive experience with ELR. They have been professional, knowledgable and helpful. All questions were answered and our appointments were prompt and informative. Javier guided us through the process and within weeks, we were approved for a new roof.
