customer was told that used equipment was to be sold with a day warranty from the date of deland not date of unit.We have paid him for of his items and the next one is due in about daysHe also told us that all of his equipment was in good working order as of weeks ago we had to
repair his door cooler and his grillBoth of these repairs did not please my customer because they had down time until we were able to repair.He also thought that is equipwas wirth more money but they were old and not in good conditionWe will pay him at set time and will not do any more business with him because he has a bad temper

customers last check was sent to him and he still needs to pick up his coffee maker.He had a list from us when he came in a month ago to pick up his remaining equipment that was up for sale and not sold. It is hard selling used equip. because people look at all the money that they have spent and what it is worth know.

As of today, I am still not receiving what is due to me. As I'd stated before I filed my complained. [redacted] picked up my equipments without given me any receipt of what he's taking and was told that he will send me a list once he get back to his office. He picked up my stuffs sometime in March of 2014. I have never receive any call from him nor the business owner whether my stuffs have been sold or not. As of my stuffs was old yes I do agree but before anything got sold business owner should have give me a call informing me that something is wrong with the equipments so see if I want to sale it or not? or get it repair. many months went by I did not hear anything from them. As I called the business sometime would get a responded yes some small stuffs got sold and bigger stuffs, like the grill, freezer and ice maker were sold but still waiting on 30 days warranty, which I understand but as month & month goes by I hear nothing.
I'd called week after week was told oh your check will be in the mail end of week and never did, until I filed a complained with Revdex.com and I did received a check for $490.00 for the Grill & freezer.
The freezer was sold for $795.00 = they gave me $530.00 deducted $270.00 for parts, which they claimed they had to replaced) and I only received $260.00
The Grill was sold for $695.00 =they gave me $465.00 deducted $230.00 for parts & labor and I end up with $235.00THE ICE MACHINE WAS SOLD FOR $1500.00 = THEY GAVE ME $1005.00 DEDUCTED $170.00 FOR PART & LABOR AND I SUPPOSED TO GET ONLY $815.00 WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE TIL THIS DAY WHICH IS NOW 7/18/2014 AND THEY PICKED UP MY STUFFS SINCE MARCH AND I KNOW THOSE STUFFS HAVE BEEN MANY OVER 30 DAYS OR MONTHS AGO. NOW I AM JUST GOING BY WHAT THEY CLAIMED THEY SOLD FOR AND WHAT WAS REPLACED BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOW ME ANYTHING.
OH AFTER ALL THIS HAPPEN I WOULD NOT BE DOING MY BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION EVER AGAIN....I AM GIVING THEM A COUPLE MORE DAYS IF NOT RECEIVING A LAST PORTION OF $815.00 FOR THE ICE MACHINE I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER AND TAKING THEM TO A SMALL CLAIM COURT.
AS FOR ME HAVING BAD TEMPER, HOW CAN I NOT BE WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE TOOK ALL YOUR STUFFS AND PROMISED THAT I WILL GET BETTER INVESTMENTS BUT TURN OUT TO BE A LIE. I WAS IN NEED OF MONEY AT THE TIME WAS HOPING THEY CAN TURN AROUND AND SALE ALL THOSE FOR ME IN A SHORT OF TIME NOW IT HAS BECOME MORE OF A HASSLE THEN WHAT IT WORTH.
