Regards, [redacted] As of today, I am still not receiving what is due to me. As I'd stated before I filed my complained. [redacted] picked up my equipments without given me any receipt of what he's taking and was told that he will send me a list once he get back to his office. He picked up my stuffs sometime in March of 2014. I have never receive any call from him nor the business owner whether my stuffs have been sold or not. As of my stuffs was old yes I do agree but before anything got sold business owner should have give me a call informing me that something is wrong with the equipments so see if I want to sale it or not? or get it repair. many months went by I did not hear anything from them. As I called the business sometime would get a responded yes some small stuffs got sold and bigger stuffs, like the grill, freezer and ice maker were sold but still waiting on 30 days warranty, which I understand but as month & month goes by I hear nothing. I'd called week after week was told oh your check will be in the mail end of week and never did, until I filed a complained with BBB and I did received a check for $490.00 for the Grill & freezer. The freezer was sold for $795.00 = they gave me $530.00 deducted $270.00 for parts, which they claimed they had to replaced) and I only received $260.00 The Grill was sold for $695.00 =they gave me $465.00 deducted $230.00 for parts & labor and I end up with $235.00THE ICE MACHINE WAS SOLD FOR $1500.00 = THEY GAVE ME $1005.00 DEDUCTED $170.00 FOR PART & LABOR AND I SUPPOSED TO GET ONLY $815.00 WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE TIL THIS DAY WHICH IS NOW 7/18/2014 AND THEY PICKED UP MY STUFFS SINCE MARCH AND I KNOW THOSE STUFFS HAVE BEEN MANY OVER 30 DAYS OR MONTHS AGO. NOW I AM JUST GOING BY WHAT THEY CLAIMED THEY SOLD FOR AND WHAT WAS REPLACED BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOW ME ANYTHING. OH AFTER ALL THIS HAPPEN I WOULD NOT BE DOING MY BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION EVER AGAIN....I AM GIVING THEM A COUPLE MORE DAYS IF NOT RECEIVING A LAST PORTION OF $815.00 FOR THE ICE MACHINE I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER AND TAKING THEM TO A SMALL CLAIM COURT. AS FOR ME HAVING BAD TEMPER, HOW CAN I NOT BE WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE TOOK ALL YOUR STUFFS AND PROMISED THAT I WILL GET BETTER INVESTMENTS BUT TURN OUT TO BE A LIE. I WAS IN NEED OF MONEY AT THE TIME WAS HOPING THEY CAN TURN AROUND AND SALE ALL THOSE FOR ME IN A SHORT OF TIME NOW IT HAS BECOME MORE OF A HASSLE THEN WHAT IT WORTH. THANK YOU BBB
