On September 27, beginning at 7:20am, two ELS lanscapers appeared to identify my house among my neighbors and proceded to spend nearly an hour directly behind my houseThe area is a maintained by ELS and is a no trespassing greenbelt between neighborhoodsThe area is dirt with vegetation and is owned by our neighborhood They used high powered leaf blowers directed at my backyard/property continuously and remained in that small area for the entire minutesAs a result large plumes of dust and debris filled my background,pool,patio furniture and surrounding neighbors/areasIve previously requested that leaf blowers not be used in this area because dirt/dust creates unnecessary air pollutionI believe the actions of ELS was done with malice and flagrantly unprofessional I took pictures and a video to document this problemI have also contacted Maricopa County Air Qualiy department and filed an air pollution complaint against ELS and their practices
