I have been a customer of Canadian Springs for 20+ years and have paid every bill on timeMy credit card company declined a payment to Canadian Springs "for security reasons" even though the card had not expired (for which they apologized) I received a letter from Canadian Springs indicating they would charge a $** service feeAfter I phoned to complain and was passed from one department to another, the $** charge was droppedHowever, I will no longer use Canadian Springs I don't believe it is good customer service to charge a $** service fee for one declined transaction.*** It is not the way to treat a loyal customer or any customer I deal with many companies via auto payment and all but Canadian Springs allow you to update a card at nominal or no expense if it has slipped past the expiry date as long as you do it in a timely fashion

On June 12th I had to cancel water delivery to my home. They owe me $77.48. After close to two months I have received nothing. A call to them said that it would be shortly.

Strange that when they send you an invoice they expect payment right away, but if it is the other way around, well you end up waiting until they are good and ready.

I wonder how they would react if customers waited months to pay them.

This company is not recommended.

I have been a loyal customer of Canadian Springs for many years. However, when I called to cancel the service and returned all equipment, the company still charged me for another annual rental by mistake. Upon calling the company, they apologized and stated that they would correct it. However, as I had an credit card setup for payments, a month later I realized that they were still charging me. I called the company again, and again they said that they would correct it. A month later, when the credit card bill was due, I had to call again - as they still had not reversed the charges to my credit card. the end result is that I will be charged late fees for a bill that never should have existed. When I called the company again - they said that they were fix my balance on my card - but that the late fees are my responsibility. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, they refused and hung up the phone on me. This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion. I would never recommend this company to anyone - especially if this is how they treat their customers. I still don't know if they have properly credited my credit card. This is by far the worst service I have received. Stay away from this company!!!
