TOn Oct 3rd [redacted] came inside the store walked up to cashier and said $on pump and asked to use the restroom the cashier put $on pump and gave him the restroom keyDuring this time another customer pulled up to pump and swiped his credit card on the machine and since there was a prepay on the pump it told the customer to pump gas so the pump stopped at $and the customer left [redacted] came out of the restroom and went to pump his gas but there was no gas for him because he was not on pump he was on pump the pump kept on beeping inside and the only way to make it quite is to touch the pump # on the screen but if you touch it more than once and at a fast pace the pump will authorize for an open amount cashier had accidently authorized the pump but as soon as she realized it she stopped the pump and called me to go outside and ask the customer to come and pay inside the store so I went outside and talked to [redacted] he said that he had paid $in the store I said okay let me go and look so I came back inside the store and asked the cashier if the customer on pump had paid $she looked outside and said no than I asked cashier she looked outside and instantly said yes he did but not for he paid $for pump 7so the pump stopped at $and the customer left [redacted] came out of the restroom and went to pump his gas but there was no gas for him because he was not on pump he was on pump the pump kept on beeping inside and the only way to make it quite is to touch the pump # on the screen but if you touch it more than once and at a fast pace the pump will authorize for an open amount cashier had accidently authorized the pump and [redacted] started pumping gas but as soon as she realized it she stopped the pump at $and called me to go outside and ask the customer to come and pay inside the store so I went outside and talked to [redacted] he said that he had paid $in the store I said okay let me go and look so I came back inside the store and asked the cashier if the customer on pump had paid $she looked outside and said no than I asked cashier she looked outside and instantly said yes he did but not for he paid $for pump by this time [redacted] had come in the store and he asked the cashier why he didn’t get his $in gas she said when you came in which pump did you pay for he said pump than cashier said but you are on pump than [redacted] said I don’t remember what pump I said so I got involved in the conversation and explained to [redacted] in detail what had happened but he seemed to not understand and kept on saying can I get my gas so I said ok let me review the video and if you said pump than I will give you the $in gas but if you said pump than I’m sorry I won’t be able to do anything for you so I took cashier to the office and reviewed the video twice and I can hear [redacted] saying pump so I came out of the office and told [redacted] that I couldn’t do anything for him but he kept on saying can I get my gas I explained to him over and over again and then I offered him to come inside my office and look at the video we both looked at the video and heard him saying $on pump but he kept on saying that same thing again can I get my gas at this point I knew that this conversation was not going anywhere so I told him to leave but he stayed in the store and kept asking for his gas I said if you don’t leave I will have to call police he said I will call police and I said ok we were all feeling sorry for him and the situation but if we gave him $than we would be shortThe cashier pulled [redacted] aside and explained him again for what had happened and offered him $in gas from her pocket but he refused and went to his car after a few minutes police came and asked me what had happened so I explained to him everything and then he went to talk with [redacted] as [redacted] was walking to his car I told the police officer that I felt sorry for him with the situation and I will personally buy him $in gas from my pocket so the police officer went and told [redacted] and so he pumped the gas and he left.Please advice if you will need a copy of the video.Thank You [redacted] ell us why here
