Based on the complaint, we had our ITvendor look at the server the day we received notice of the issue and he in fact found that it wasthree minutes fast and reset the server immediately. On December 29th, an inspector fromAllegheny County Bureau of Weights and Measures came to our facility to check the time on thegates and found us to be in total compliance. This incident was isolated and not an intentionalmanipulation as stated in the complaint. We would be happy to refund the customer thedifference of the early bird rate and the rate she paid for the day in question once a receipt isproduced.

Review: This parking garage offers an 'early bird' parking rate if the customer enters the garage before 8:30 a.m. When the customer approaches the parking facility, he pulls from a machine a time-stamped ticket indicating the time that he entered the garage. Eligibility for the 'early bird' rate is based upon the time stamped on the ticket by the machine. This parking garage sets its time-stamping machine 3 minutes ahead in what I believe is a deliberate attempt to cheat customers out of qualifying for the 'early bird' parking rate. When I pulled a ticket from the machine this morning, the clock in my vechicle read 8:28 a.m.; my cell phone said that it was 8:29 a.m.; but the time stamped on my ticket is 8:31 a.m., disqualifying me from receiving the 'early bird' parking rate. I have noticed similar discrepancies in the past, but I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. I am now convinced that this is intentional manipulation by the facility in order to avoid making good on the parking rates it advertises.Desired Settlement: I would like the facility to reset its time-stamping machines to the correct time. I would also like to be refunded the difference between the rate I am going to pay and the rate I would have paid if the time on the stamping machines were accurate.
