*** *** [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I attend college; between class and homework, that was as soon as I could come inI came in prior to that and spoke with Richard's daughter, who didn't resolve the issueShe told me to come back hours later, having homework, this was impossibleI came in as soon as possible.As stated, they steam cleaned where the oil had leakedWhich is exactly the cause of the problemDuring their cleaning, some grit/dirt made its way to a pulley and now skeaks/skreches upon the first start.It is a new problemHowever, it is a problem they created and, thus, are responsible forI absolutely refuse to pay for them to fix something they caused! If that were the case, auto repair shops could always create new problems and then charge the customer to fixThat's outrageous and a malpractice.They need to do the responsible thing and fix the issue they createdIt's as simple as that

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern: In regards to my most recent replyIt would not let me type in the message box so I tried different methods to get it to resetIn doing so I accidently submitted my reply without a response. This email is to provide a response and to reiterate the fact that I REJECT the response from the business. In my 20+ years of experience steam cleaning the undercarriage of the engine Will not stir up grit or dirt to make pulleys squeak or cause any other issues, other honest businesses that are in the automotive repair field can assist on this matter with the same response. Customer came in days after the repair of a Valve Cover Gasket, we Steam Cleaned the undercarriage of the vehicle where oil wasPrior to us repairing valve cover gasket and steam cleaning the undercarriage the vehicle had oil that was saturated on the entire undercarriageCustomer came to the
business on Friday June 3, 2016, saying that we repaired one thing and damaged another and that we are reliable to fix the new issue at no cost(Example: If a customer comes in to get repairs and vehicle runs out of fuelWe are not responsible for putting fuel in the vehicle.) We are not responsible for any new issues that arise after fixing what was initially diagnosed and repairedWe will gladly diagnose and fix the new problem at our regular fees
