Review: Movers destroyed my stereo and my television. They also lost a file with my birth certificate and driver's license. They will not replace anything and are ignoring my calls. Come to find out they have no license or insurance.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the move and my belongings replaced.

Review: Elvis Movers caused damage to our furniture and destination townhouse during our July 31, 2014 move. They guaranteed the quality of their services and stated that they would repair any damages they caused. Elvis requested that we obtain estimates for required repairs and submit to them. We provided this information and had about a dozen discussions over the 12 weeks. Elvis fails to complete repairs, make payment to me to make repairs or to make any settlement offer/counter-offer.Desired Settlement: I want the mover's damages to our furniture and townhouse repaired or adequate payment from Elvis to pay for our completion of these damages.
