Review: This is a landscape architect who contracted to design and oversee a project - creating new landscaping for our property. Over 9 months (Sept 2012 - May 2013), we have been stalled many times, had him not show up for appointments, and then give excuses for why he couldn't show. Plans and work were delayed many times. Here are the issues we had after the job was done (Feb 2013),and we had paid in full:1. Bald spot - no plantings in middle of large front area (where wall is) - very obvious.When the job was done, we were told we had to wait and the plantings would grow in. 2. Bald spot - additional grass planting needed next to driveway (electrical unit)3. Overcrowding - plants put on top of existing plants.4. A plant right next to the walkway completely died. 5. The walkway built with the project has a crack. 6. The walkway has shifted - tilting downward - probably due to insufficient gravel or leveling.7. No weed fabric laid down on sunny side.We didn't pay $41,000 to have to deal with this. He never came back to make sure everything was done properly. He did not oversee project.Desired Settlement: All 7 issues noted above need to be addressed - additional plantings, walkway repaired or redone, dead plant replaced, overcrowding plants removed and replanted if possible.We would like to receive back monies to cover us resolving on our own if not - and because there was no oversight on his part, or follow-up, as noted in the contract.
