done after we took possession of it. That is what we disclosed to Mr. [redacted]. I have called and spoken with Mr. [redacted], and we have agreed on a cash settlement, and I have sent that out to him. I verified with him, that everybody was content with this resolution on July 22nd.

Mrs. [redacted] brought her 2006 F150 in to our service department on May 10th. She asked us to install the spark plugs and coil...

packs that she had supplied. The parts were not ford parts. We installed the parts supplied and then the vehicle was not running properly. We advised the customer that we had seen issues with the spark plugs that she provided. We plugged her vehicle into the computer and found which plugs were not firing properly, and replaced those two plugs with Ford Motorcraft parts at no charge to her for the two plugs. Then the vehicle was in good running condition and they were on their way. On May 24th they took the vehicle to [redacted] ford. (I have their service invoice included with ours.) The vehicle was again not running properly due to the other spark plugs that we had advised them might be an issue. This time they brought in Motorcraft spark plugs to [redacted] Ford and they were installed with no issue. The only thing in this whole situation that did not perform correctly is the parts that were purchased by the customer. We tried to tell them that the parts may be an issue,and even installed two of our spark plugs at no charge to help out.

they told me it was the fule injeters then it whent to the coils they dent tell me it was the plugs until I ask them to check the work that they did on the truck they put a whole tub of Di-Electric Grease on the plugs the fride the plugs right away [redacted] ford did not tell use that it was the plugs the said there was to much grease on the plugs we did not get the same plugs because they did not have them and we cold not what for them to get them in we cold not what foer them Ford company told use the frist plugs where just fine for the truck and they will work in it but they did not because of what they did with the grease we Want them to pay for the plugs and [redacted] Ford bill that we payed because of them
