I placed and order the 1st of March for the double ring "I *** *** * *** ** ***"I payed for my rings and international shipping at a cost of $USD at the same time as I placed my orderI received a order confirmation saying that the typical order processing is 7-days plus shipping timeSince I live in Sweden I understood that shipment from the US could take up to weeks and I was totally fine with thatOn the 8th of March I received a new email saying that all the items from my order had been shippedI first contacted the GageHuntley shop via Instagram on the 2nd of April after I had sent them two e-mails to the address listed at their website without getting an answerI asked where my shipment were and if it was possible for me to track my parcelI got an answer that Amanda would e-mail me, but I got no further information about where my shipment wereI wrote again on Instagram on the 11th of April telling them that I was staring to get frust

On November I placed a order for two custom bracelets for Christmas giftsOne was to be silver with the phrase "see you next tuesday" and the second was to be in gold with the phrase "middle fingers up"When I received my order on December I realized that the phases where printed on the wrong metalsI immediately contacted Gage Huntley via Facebook messenger as per my order confirmation instructionsAfter explaining the situation I was told that replacement orders would be shipped out the following week (first week of January 2018)I asked if she would like me to return the ones that were incorrect as an exchange and got no reply
On January I messaged Gage Huntley again asking for a confirmation that my replacement was shippedI received a reply on January 9th advising the replacements would be shipped that same day

I’ve ordered multiple pieces from this website and haven’t run across any issuesMy orders were received timely, accurately and the quality is greatI’ve also ordered gifts for friends and they too were received timely

I have at least cuffs from this shopEach one is perfectly crafted and they are always shipped timelyThere is something about a piece of jewelry that gives you confidence every time you look down at itI have had so many people ask me where I get them and I've always highly recommended this shop! I cant get enough

I have ordered twice from Gage Huntley Designs and both times, from beginning to end, my order was exactly what I expected and nothing less than perfect
The first order was actually a custom cuff that I ordered ofI expected they would take a while since it is a small business and each jewelry piece is hand stamped by the ownerI ordered late for when I actually needed them by, so I followed the directions on the site and contacted the company requesting for a rush deliveryTo my surprise I received my custom cuffs in less than a week from the order date!
I’m in love with everything I have ordered so far and plan on ordering again in the future

I placed an order 06/from Gage Huntley and received email confirmation that orders typically take 7-days As of 07/I had not received my order so I sent an email to inquire about its status- I never received a reply despite the business continuing presence on social media Hoping I would have more luck I sent direct messages on both Facebook and Instagram- again received no response Only when I left comments on Instagram posts warning others of the potential fraud did I receive a message back on Instagram saying that my order would be shipped the same day (07/18) It is now 07/and I still have not received my order

I am SO impressed with the customer service! I contacted them to see the shipping date for my girlfriends birthday and they rushed my shipping for free (for me being late in ordering) and got it right on time! Notifications throughout, the communication was top! I LOVE the jewelry!!
