Review: I have purchased a watch from Elysee and within a time frame of two months the watch is not working. also, one of the dials fell and now the watch is completely useless. The watch cost me over $400's and I am trying to get in contact with the company via email and have no responses back. Now I am left with a broken watch with no solution. I also have the certificate of warranty but I have also read here in Revdex.com that another person sent their watch over to Elysee and they haven't sent the watch back to him. he's information is in Revdex.com. Please help me resolve this issue. This is not right. Its not right and correct for a company to sell goods and not help back their customers with their product.Desired Settlement: Return money or fix the watch.

Review: On July [redacted], 2013, I shipped my broken watch Model #76010 to Elysee's repair center per their instructions. In September they confirmed they received it and advised me how much the repairs would cost and they told me to contact them to authorize repair. I've tried to contact them via, phone, email, certified U.S. mail and I've NOT heard back from them. When you call their phone number, no answer, the emails no longer go through to them and I don't know how else to proceed. Can you help me? What can I do? Best Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: They need to contact me to confirm the repair costs and approval process OR they can send the watch back to me. This is a $500.00 watch and they need to return it to me as soon as possible. I've never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service.
