We have already resolved this issue with the customerWe did nothing wrong from a contractual standpointWe are in a catastrophe situation where labor and materials are at a huge deficiet and all contractors are feeling the affects. We had much difficulty finding a painting sub-contractor to
provide a bid for the courtesy supplementing we had promised the Ingersols. We were not held by any contractural obligation to get any work or supplementing done within any time frame. These insurance restoration claims can take a very long time. Our contract does state however, if you wish to cancel, the customer is obligated to pay a 15% cancellation fee. As a courtesy to the Inergols, we issued a full refund without the 15% cancellation fee in efforts to satisfy them and we were told in return this complaint would not happen. We were in agreement that they understood our position and we apologized for delays and issued a refund in fulll. This complaint is frankly a surprise and not warranted as we have gone above and beyond to satisfiy and resolve the situation

Consumers...BEWARE!!!! These people saw a "For Sale" sign in my yard and wanted to give me an estimate (I'm a senior citizen so I guess they thought I would be an easy target and I guess as it turned out, I was!). I had damage from the June 29th storm that they posted about. I signed a contract on 7/14/15 and they did not finish the final work until November 5th!! They were quick to deposit the first insurance check on 7/22/15 and the second one on the first of September! So, for two months they had $11,365 and did absolutely nothing on the house until the last week in September. And as my luck would have it, their work failed the city inspection the first time around and they had to re-do some of their work! The final work was not completed until NOVEMBER 5TH! Because of their delays, the buyer of my house nearly lost her "lock-in" rate and I nearly lost the house I was trying to purchase in Florida! Had they been three days later, I would have! I was told lies, after lies as to why there were so many delays. Ninety-nine percent of my calls were never returned and many times I would only get a voice mail! I was even dealing with the owner of the company and he was just as bad to deal with as all the others! Today, I received the final check from my insurance company, and reluctantly, am sending it to them. Oh yes, and by the way, once they sent the final bill to my insurance company, I started getting plenty of calls from them!!!! So, if the rest of you got your work done in less than four months, consider yourself very fortunate!

Our property had storm damage from a summer hail and wind storm. We were overall very happy with using Elysian for the replacement of our roof and siding. They worked with our insurance and completely restored our house. The process was very smooth and the work looks great.

Some of the response us true but also there is a lot of false statements in this response. I would like to add. After several attempts of contacting the business they had not returned any of my phone calls. Thus went in for two months. I then tried to contact the representative that came out to my house. He stated to me that he has tried several times in contacting the sales re as well as the office to tell them to contact me. But they still never contacted me. I really would've appreciated at least one call try I see the progress. As I kept watching my neighbors house bring worked on I still got no answer nor any Contactfrom this company. the rep at the beginning stated that they would help me with all of my hail damage. I waited and waited and still didn't get any help. I decided to look for other contractors and found ok be that would help me. I contacted the Revdex.com because u didn't know where else to turn. I would like to retract the comment. Since the matter has been resolved. But. I want to let others know how terrible their services really are. Respectfully,
